由 Create GBM 以哥白尼氣候變遷服務（C3S）的 ERA5 月平均資料（2000–2020年；地表10m風與250hPa風的東西、南北分量）計算各月的氣候平均值，並內插至顯示用的 0.25° 網格製作而成。
